Approach

 

  • It’s not a secret that success only comes through well-connected and happy team members. So our game plan targeted not only efficiency but also a strong team spirit. 

  • When opening the app, “Mood Check” asks the user how they feel so that regional managers can observe and improve the well-being and overall mood of their teams.

  • Continuous stream of information facilitated instant performance tracking. “Feeds” and “Puma TV” allows the sales team to stay in touch in real-time while “Merch Tools” helps them to store visual records of points-of-purchase in order to monitor the progress.

  • Self-learning is highly encouraged through the “E-Workshops” module where both Human Resources and team members can track the growth. In-depth knowledge about the brands and the products helps the field team to keep (themselves) up-to-date and to generate a higher number of sales.

Outcome

 
  • Implemented in Turkey, Poland and the Netherlands, Danone Puma was recognised as the best practice in the EMEA region.

  • This new digital platform has increased sales by 2% and the sales teams’ productivity by 20%. The E-workshop completion rate was raised to 70%.

  • Used daily by over 3,000 users, streamlined processes allowed team members to decrease their daily admin work by 1.5 hours.
