- Danone needed a dynamic booking system for its limited parking spaces.
- Our research showed that this new system needed to be transparent and easily accessible by all to work efficiently.
- The app displayed several user types: Owner, Grabber and Controller. Users can book the parking spaces under their assigned roles.
- At the beginning of the week, you can check the availability and grab parking spaces for the week on the app, according to your allowance. No parking space? No time wasted driving to work and looking for one! 
- People can detect the unavailability and decide to work from home that day.
- You need to be at the office today yet you don’t have space? Write down your name on the wishlist, and we’ll keep you posted once it’s available. You can also pre-book for your guests which is deducted from your allowance.
- Lastly, the security team and HQ admin can track daily on how the parking lot is utilised, to check who parked in whose space
