Approach

 
  • Focusing on the customer experience, we delivered the H-Promise. A sustainable and corporate one-stop sales experience that eliminates buyers’ need to seek various other online marketplace options.

  • We streamlined the purchasing process by implementing integrated modules such as “Rapid Loan Application”, “Dealers” portal and many more. 

  • Innovative Car Listing module allows dealers to focus on the sales process while a centralised Customer Service team handles other requests, removing the burden from each dealer.

Outcome

 
  • H-Promise listed more than 10,000 cars from their 200+ dealers nationwide.

  • Dealers’ sales increased by 10%.

  • Customers were reassured to find the best value for their money thereby increasing trust and enhancing the brand perception nationwide.

  • Streamlined purchase process decreased a substantial amount of loss in sales. 

  • 80% decrease in commission costs paid to various marketplaces.
